Ingredients

• Coconut oil (3 eetlepels)
• Bentonite clay (1 teaspoon)
• Himalaya salt (1/3 teaspoon)
• nHap toothpaste (1 squeeze)
• Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
• Probiotics (2 probiotic pills of powder)

Usage

• Brush teeth
• Slush mixture for 15 min
• Spit it into the garbage (not in sink/toilet!!)
